Originally built in 1870 as the summer home for the Bishop of Portsmouth, the Luccombe Hall Country House Hotel is great for a relaxing break. The outdoor pool is open from May to September and the large gardens include an outdoor giant chess and draughts set, a mini putting green, and an outdoor children’s play area with a trampoline and swings. Inside, the hotel has a jacuzzi, a sauna, a games room, a pool table, table tennis and a squash court.
